At Rehab Orthopedic Medicine in Decatur, Georgia, we care for people with orthopedic problems (neck, back, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and broken bones). We use conservative treatment, without surgery, with the goal of relieving pain and restoring lost function as quickly as possible. We specialize in the treatment of injuries from automobile accidents, on-the-job injuries and sports injuries, as well as non-injury related pain such as chronic low back and knee pain.
Our on-site physical therapy department is staffed by a licensed physical therapist who has extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation. We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art MedX spinal rehabilitation equipment that is shown to produce positive outcomes even in patients who have had poor results from previous surgery or other forms of treatments. Each patient is individually evaluated and started on a treatment program designed specifically for them. The patient's course of treatment is physician-monitored, and will be modified as needed to achieve optimum results.
We are equipped to handle minor emergencies and accept patients on a walk-in basis when necessary. Our physical therapy department features flexible appointment scheduling and extended hours (9:00am to 8:00pm).
