DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From I-285:
From I-285 East, take Exit 39A (Decatur) and follow Highway 78 to Lawrenceville Highway, keeping left to Church Street. Get in the left turn lane and bear left at the light onto Church Street. Go past the car dealerships (Jaguar, Nissan, BMW, Saab). After crossing North Decatur Road, Suburban Plaza will be on your right. Turn right into the third entry-way for Suburban Plaza. Look for our sign: 1452 Church Street, Rehab Orthopedic Medicine.
From I-85:
From I-85 North, take Exit 91 (Clairmont Road/Decatur) going right on Clairmont Road. Follow Clairmont Road past the VA Hospital to North Decatur Road. Turn left on North Decatur Road. After you pass Suburban Plaza, turn right at the light onto Church Street. Turn right into the third entry-way for Suburban Plaza. Look for our sign: 1452 Church Street, Rehab Orthopedic Medicine.
From I-75:
From I-75, take I-85 North to Exit 91 and follow directions above.
From I-20:
From I-20 West, take I-285 North to Exit 39A (Decatur) and follow the directions above from I-285.
From I-20 East, take exit 65 (Candler Road), turn left at the light. Continue on Candler Road, past Agnes Scott College and over the railroad tracks. Candler Road will become Trinity Street. Turn right onto Church Street. Go to Suburban Plaza, first entrance on the left side. Look for our sign: 1452 Church Street, Rehab Orthopedic Medicine.
